If relaxation and well-being are what you need, get back in touch with nature and enjoy some forest bathing on our Shinrin Yoku walk. And if the weather\u2019s getting a little too hot and muggy for you, sign up for our Sunset Summit Walk and enjoy our beautiful city from a cooler vantage point in the day\u2019s last golden rays of sunshine.<\/p><p>Are you passionate about the protection and conservation of Mount Royal? Give Les Amis a hand by signing up for our Environmental Stewardship Program as a volunteer!<\/p><p>Have fun on the water \ud83d\udca7<\/p><p>This year, we invite kids and grown-ups alike to rent one of our rowboats and spend an afternoon or two paddling around Beaver Lake. And while you\u2019re here, why not play a game of M\u00f6lkky (Finnish bowling) or Spikeball? The games will be available for rental all summer.<\/p><p>Grab a snack \ud83c\udf66<\/p><p>The Caf\u00e9 des Amis is always ready to welcome you with a quick meal, a drink or a sweet treat!
