But how can you help your neighbours while maintaining a safe distance? We put together a poster with a short list of resources in Peter-McGill accessible by phone, including food delivery services, and phone lines open 24\/7. The posters can be printed at home, or you can contact Viviane, our Mobilisation Officer to receive a poster drop-off. You can put up posters in your building &#8211; in elevators, community boards &#8211; or at your preferred pharmacy or grocery store.<\/p><h2>Step 1: Get Posters<\/h2><ul><li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Print your own at home<\/span> by downloading <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/old.petermcgill.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Affiche-covid_Peter-McGill.pdf\">this poster file<\/a><\/strong>. The file is in colour but it will work fine in black and white!<\/li><li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Request a no-contact poster drop-off<\/span> by e-mailing <strong><a href=\"mailto:vcottle@cjemontreal.org\">vcottle@cjemontreal.org<\/a><\/strong><\/li><\/ul><h2>Step 2: Put posters up<\/h2><ul><li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Post them in your building<\/span> &#8211; in the elevators, on the community bulletin board, at your building entrance &#8211; anywhere people might be likely to pass by it!\u00a0<\/li><li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Post them at your local grocery store or pharmacy<\/span> &#8211; ask local essential businesses if there is a place you could put up a poster or two on display<\/li><li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ask your neighbourhood friends to do the same!<\/span> The more people who put up posters, the more people we have a chance of reaching!<\/li><li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Please avoid handing out posters to people directly<\/span> &#8211; it is important that this initiative is done at a distance <em>as much as possible<\/em> in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Step 3: Tell us where the posters are displayed<\/h3><ul><li>Take a moment to <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">fill out this quick <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1XLjOMZMpTJLHlpZtLSJIRQL7HGfNFTjg1OuSuuxh_Ro\/edit?usp=sharing\">google sheet<\/a> <\/strong><\/span>to tell us where you put up posters.<\/li><li>This will help us all know where posters are already placed, so that we avoid doubling work<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Isolation is a major issue, particularly amongst seniors and others who do not have internet access during this time of social distancing.
