The Liaison Officer will also play a key role in developing our member base through mobilisation, partnerships and communication. They will be an important member at the heart of a diverse and dynamic team.<\/p><p>Our mission is to bring together the different members of downtown Montr\u00e9al (residents, orgnaisations, institutions and businesses) to create collective projects that cultivate a sense of belonging and\u00a0foster\u00a0active participation in neighbourhood life.<\/p><p><strong>TASKS:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Community Liaison<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Organiseand\u00a0facilitate\u00a0committee\u00a0meetings\u00a0between\u00a0committee partners\u00a0(via Zoom\u00a0until\u00a0futher\u00a0notice);<\/li><li>Providelogistical\u00a0and administrative support in the\u00a0delivery et\u00a0implementation of action plans.\u00a0<\/li><li>Contribute to the development of community projects and activities.<\/li><li>Mobilisecommunity\u00a0partners and foster new partnerships.<\/li><li>Coordinateand maintain communication with and between partners.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Communications<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Manage and send the monthly newsletter.<\/li><li>Develop the Community Council\u2019s membership base through the creation of new tools, coordination of member campaigns and regular outreach to current members.<\/li><li>Support the Communications Officer in activities that promote the organisation to the public including flyer and poster distribution and social media management.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>DESIRED\u00a0PROFILE:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>Bachelor\u2019sdegree\u00a0in social sciences or communications, or\u00a0other\u00a0relevant\u00a0education\/training or 1-2 years of experience\u00a0in coordination or\u00a0other\u00a0similar\u00a0position\u00a0<\/li><li>An excellent command of the French\u00a0language,\u00a0bothwritten\u00a0and\u00a0spoken,\u00a0is\u00a0required.
