The OCPM published its\u00a0report on the \u00celot Ste-Catherine Ouest<\/a>\u00a0<\/b>development project last week.<\/p>

This project includes modifications to the height and density of construction in Shaughnessy Village, as well as the demolition of two buildings on Ste-Catherine and the construction of new ones, by real-estate developer Sergakis .<\/p>

If you have questions about the project, we would encourage you to ask them directly at the next City Council meeting on Monday, February 22nd.<\/p>

There will also be a debate about the report and new regulations, at the upcoming Borough Council meeting. \u00a0Please send your questions before 1pm on Tuesday, February 22nd<\/a><\/strong><\/p>
