in consultation with&nbsp;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the community, supports young people aged 16 to 35 who live in the city&nbsp;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">centre, transit or frequent it by motivating and mentoring them, in the&nbsp;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">pursuit of their education, professional, creative or entrepreneurial projects,&nbsp;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">in order to find their place in the job market in Montreal and elsewhere.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Summary of Responsibilities:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Further develop expertise on civic engagement, urban development issues, youth and the Carrefour territory, by carrying out research and participating in various workshop and training activities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Support Cr\u00e9neau projects (volunteering and academic perseverance)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Create and improve tools and procedures<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Implement strategies to reach the residents of the Peter McGill neighborhood on the field<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Mobilize residents to maximize their participation in the various activities of the My Peter McGill \/ My Peter McGill project<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Support residents in places of civic expression (borough council, public consultations, etc.)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Improve and put into action the Carrefour plan concerning the civic participation of youth<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Update strategies to reach youth<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Represent and promote the Mon Peter McGill \/ My Peter McGill project and the Carrefour jeunesse-emploi<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Help develop and update promotional tools<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Participate in the organization and running of special CJE events<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Perform all other related tasks at the request of the immediate superior<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><strong>Ideal profile includes:<\/strong><br role=\"presentation\">\u2022 Obtained a post-secondary diploma related to the mandate;<br role=\"presentation\">\u2022 Relevant experience (minimum of 2 years);<br role=\"presentation\">\u2022 Excellent ability of developing and maintaining partnerships;<br role=\"presentation\">\u2022 Bilingualism (French and English);<br role=\"presentation\">\u2022 Versatility, flexibility, team spirit, autonomy and professional.<br
